The ANON Arcade is a free collection of more than 50 browser games, from card classics and word puzzles to retro action and our Learn games. You don't need a wallet, an account or an email address to play. What keeps people coming back, though, is the competition: every game has its own leaderboard, and a combined Hall of Fame ranks players across the whole Arcade.
This guide explains how scores are posted, how Hall of Fame points are worked out, how daily streaks work and how to challenge a friend. Everything here is about bragging rights. There are no prizes, no entry fees and no money involved at any point.
How your score gets on the board
When a game ends, your score is posted to that game's leaderboard automatically. You don't have to press anything, so a great run is never lost because you forgot to save it.
If you haven't picked a name yet, the Arcade gives you a friendly guest name, such as Pixel-4821 or Comet-4821. That name is remembered on your device, so your next scores land under the same name. You can change it at any time to a leaderboard name of your own, between 3 and 16 characters.
To keep the boards friendly for everyone, offensive names are blocked. The filter runs in the browser and again on the database, so a blocked name simply won't be accepted and you'll be asked to pick another.
Game leaderboards
Each game has its own leaderboard showing the top scores. Most games rank the highest score first. A few, where speed is the whole point, rank the fastest time first instead.
You can open a game's board from the end-of-game screen or from the leaderboard area on the Arcade's main page, where a Play button takes you straight back into the game.
You'll often see a name called TOP DOG near the top. That's one of the ANON NFTs team, and the name stays on the boards on purpose as a target to beat.
The Hall of Fame
The Hall of Fame is the default view on the leaderboard page. Instead of looking at one game, it adds up how well you've done across every game in the Arcade.
How points are worked out
For each game, the top ten players earn Hall of Fame points:
Your Hall of Fame total is the sum of those points across every game, so a player in the top ten of lots of games can outrank someone who is first in just one.
All-time, this week and last week
The Hall of Fame has three main views:
Tap a player's name to see which game boards earned them their points.
Daily check-in streaks
Streaks reward turning up regularly rather than being the best. You check in for the day by posting a score in any game, or by tapping the check-in button at the top of the Arcade. Days are counted in UK time.
Your streak grows by one for each day in a row that you check in. Miss a whole day and it starts again from zero, so even a quick round counts.
Streak titles
Long streaks earn fun titles that appear next to your name:
The streak bonus
Your current streak also adds a small bonus to your Hall of Fame total on the all-time and this-week views: one extra point for each day of your streak, up to a maximum of 30. There's also a Streaks tab that ranks players by their current run, with each player's best-ever streak shown alongside.
Challenge a friend
When a game ends with a score above zero, a Challenge a friend button appears on the result screen. It creates a link to that game with your name and score built in. On a phone it opens your usual share menu. On a computer you can copy the link or share it to X, WhatsApp or Facebook.
When your friend opens the link, they see a banner telling them your score and asking whether they can beat it. At the end of their game, the result screen tells them whether they won or how many points short they were, and the button changes to Challenge back.
Fair play and the small print
The Arcade is a free hobby project made by ANON NFTs for fun. Leaderboards, the Hall of Fame and streaks are for bragging rights only: there are no prizes, rewards or payments of any kind, and you don't need to own an NFT to play or compete.
Check it yourself
The Learn games in the Arcade are built around one habit: checking claims for yourself rather than taking anyone's word for them. If you'd like to try that on real data, our step-by-step guide to checking backing on-chain shows how to look up what an NFT holds at the time of writing, straight from the blockchain. Then head back to the ANON Arcade and see if you can knock TOP DOG off the top spot.

Every game has a board, and the Hall of Fame ranks the best all-rounders.

Important: NFTs and cryptoassets are high-risk. Resale prices can fall below what you paid. ANON NFTs are backed by at least 50% of mint price in FUSD at mint, but the value of that backing depends on FUSD and the Liquid NFT Marketplace, which ANON does not control. Liquidity backing and boosts do not guarantee any resale price, redemption amount or return, and ANON NFTs do not pay income.
